What Happens to Your Belongings
The fire itself is only the beginning. Once it is put out, the property owner is left with smoke-damaged furniture, water-logged floors, and a structure that may not be safe to occupy. Items left inside continue to deteriorate from humidity, soot deposits, and temperature swings. Handling all of this on your own, while coordinating with insurers, is rarely practical.
A trained crew takes care of the sorting, packing, and transport of belongings while working alongside insurance adjusters and restoration contractors. Every item is photographed and entered into an inventory list. Items that cannot be restored are documented separately for the adjuster's report.
